kokochii soles-online GmbH (Germany)
Who are we as a company?
The development:
Our Kokochii insole was developed as part of a project funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Research in cooperation with the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin.
It has been tested 1 million times in the unrolling process and has withstood the requirements, as well as a climate chamber with -6°C and 40°C, and a bath in a "physiological sweat solution".
What can the insole do?
Our first type of insole has been developed for uncomplicated flat foot, hallux valgus, claw toes and metatarsalgia.
The insoles are printed monolithically from PA12 using the multi-jet fusion process and, due to their intrinsic geometry, have a maximum material thickness of just 2.5 mm, meaning they fit in any shoe. No waste is produced during this printing process.
The kokochii insole can be ground or thermoplastically formed, and upholstery and cover fabrics can be glued on in the usual way. The inlay can also be delivered without post-processing.
It is also possible to wash the insert in the washing machine at 40°C, so it also meets hygiene requirements.
