Mourning for Prof. Hans B. Bauerfeind - Company owner of Bauerfeind AG passes away Prof. Hans B. Bauerfeind passed away on 13 July 2023, Bauerfeind AG announced. The entrepreneur, who was born in Zeulenroda, Thuringia, was 82 years old. OTWorld and Leipziger Messe deeply empathise with the death of the company owner, who developed Bauerfeind AG into one of the world's leading manufacturers of medical aids such as bandages, orthoses, medical compression stockings and orthopaedic insoles.
